The Springfield Jr. Blues saw their season long win streak end Friday night as they fell to the Janesville Jets 3-2 at The Nelson Center.
Springfield got goals from forward Christian Simeone and defenseman Jordan Muzzillo, but were unable to tie the game late after Janesville slid the puck past goaltender Mike Robinson with 3:51 left in the game. Springfield was outshot 32-25 in the game.
Springfield will try to even the series Saturday night when the puck drops at 6:05pm at The Nelson Center.
