BLAINE, MN- The Springfield Jr. Blues stumbled in their final three games of the Combat/NAHL showcase in Blaine.  After opening with a 2-1 victory over the Odessa Jackalopes, the Jr. Blues struggled to score goals in their final three games and fell to Fairbanks, Texas, and Traverse City, respectively.

“We have a lot of character guys in the dressing room and we will regroup here this week and get ready for our series coming up against Janesville,” remarked first year Head Coach, Ryan Hardy.  “We’ve highlighted a lot of areas where we can get better as a team and we will look to do that this week in practice.”

As Hardy mentioned, the Jr. Blues head to Janesville next week for a weekend series with the Jets.  Tune into Fast Hockey and follow all the action!
