Max Brainin signed a tender with the Springfield Jr. Blues after his 2016-17 season was complete. He competed last season for the New Jersey Hitmen in the USPHL Premiere appearing in 30 games, scoring 9 goals and adding 7 assists. Brainin also has NAHL experience to his name, appearing in 10 games for the Northeast Generals and tallying 4 points.
Springfield Head Coach/GM Tyler Rennette had this to say when asked about Brainin, “Max is an intelligent hockey player that also plays with an edge. Combine that with his scoring touch, he is a player that can make an impact for our team.”
