Players To Watch: Alec Schwab

Starting today, the Springfield Jr. Blues will begin running a featured series called “Players to Watch”. These stories will highlight the newest Springfield Jr. Blues players that will be competing at Main Camp.  The camp is FREE to all those who wish to attend and will begin on Friday, June 23rd, and conclude on Sunday afternoon with the All-Star Game.

Alec Schwab came to Springfield late in the 2016-17 season by signing a tender with the team. He was a part of the end of the year roster expansion, appearing in 2 games for Springfield. Prior to joining the NAHL, Schwab appeared in 30 games for the Milwaukee Jr. Admirals of the Tier 1 Elite Hockey League, scoring 6 goals and adding 9 assists.
