FRISCO, TEXAS –The North American Hockey League (NAHL) has announced that its Board of Governors has approved the application for ownership of the Springfield Jr. Blues, the league’s oldest running active team, to FERZOW, LLC.

The Blues scored early, but the Bandits prevailed to take the Midwest Division Championship in four games.

For some unknown reason the Blues had a “No-goal” that would have tied the score. The Blues drop the contest and go down 2-1 in the playoff Division series.

Chris Sitler scored the only goal of the game early in the third period and the Jr Blues defense clamped down on the Jets to win Round one of the NAHL playoffs

The Blues did not play as well as they did last night and the Jets took advantage to force game 5 tommorrow in Janesville

The Jr. Blues scored once in the second period and twice more in the third to take a 2 to 1 game lead in the first round of the NAHL playoffs.
