The Springfield Jr. Blues are excited to continue building upon the legacy of the North American Hockey League’s oldest franchise. With over 350 players having moved on to play at the collegiate level, the Jr. Blues have a proven track record of excellence on and off the ice.
Along with back-to-back Robertson Cup Championships in 1996 and 1997, the Jr. Blues have helped propel many players into the national spotlight. Notable alumni include: Greg Rallo, Mike McKenna, Tommy Nappier, Stefanos Lekkas, Dryden McKay, Joshua Lammon, Trevor Stone and Max Kalter.
The Jr. Blues are committed to providing an elite junior hockey experience to players in the form of exposure to NCAA Division I and III coaches while competing at the NAHL Showcase and the Robertson Cup. In the last 10 years the Jr. Blues have committed over 70 players to NCAA Division I programs and over 110 players to Division III programs.
If you are a serious hockey player looking to continue your hockey career at the next level, the Springfield Jr. Blues are the junior hockey team for you. Led by Head Coach Tyler Rennette who has a wealth of hockey experience as a coach and a player, you will be able to improve both on and off the ice.
