Springfield, Illinois – The Springfield Jr. Blues opened training camp on Monday and have been hard at work getting ready for the start of the NAHL season that kicks off September 13th in Blaine, MN at the NAHL Showcase. Before we head North, the Jr. Blues are hosting the Shreveport Mudbugs for 2 preseason games next week.
Details for both preseason games:
Date: Thursday September 7th and Friday September 8th at the Nelson Center
Time: Puck drop is 7pm, doors open at 6pm BOTH nights

Happy Hour: Happy Hour will be from 6 – 7pm BOTH nights. Specials will consist of $2 Coors Light drafts and $3 Blue Moon drafts.
The Jr. Blues home opener will be Friday September 22 when the Kenai River Brown Bears make their first visit to the Nelson Center for a pair of games. Come on out and support the team and enjoy some fast-paced family fun!
