To register for the 2023 Main Camp please complete the registration form and payment section below. You will also need to download and complete the following forms and email them to Assistant Coach Ross Kovacs at rkovacs@jrblues.com.
All players are required to complete the following items prior to participation.
- Face-mask Waiver (For players 18+ and who will be wearing a Half Visor). Click HERE to download. Goaltenders click HERE to download waiver.
- Consent to Treat Form: Click HERE to download.
- Canadian Players must complete a USA Hockey / Hockey Canada Try-Out Notice to participate. Click HERE to download.
