Springfield, Illinois – The Springfield Jr. Blues quest for the Robertson Cup begins this weekend in Richfield, MN against the Minnesota Magicians. The two teams played each other 10 times during the regular season with Springfield winning four of the last five meetings.
Games 1 and 2 will be held in Minnesota as the Magicians finished ahead of the Jr. Blues in the Midwest Division. Both games will start at 7:05 pm and can be seen live on HockeyTV. Make sure to tune into the road broadcast to hear our Jr. Blues broadcast team call the game.
The Jr. Blues will host the Magicians here at the Nelson Center for Game 3 on April 19th at 7:05 pm. Tickets are on sale now and can be purchased by calling or stopping by our office. Pre-sale tickets are $8 for Adults and $5 for children 12 & Under. Game 4 would also be in Springfield if the series goes that far, that game would be played on April 20th at 6:05 pm.
Game 5 will be held on April 22nd in Minnesota if necessary at 7:05 pm.
