Players To Watch: Callahan Johnson

The Springfield Jr. Blues will be running a featured series called “Players to Watch”. These stories will highlight the newest Springfield Jr. Blues players that will be competing at Main Camp.  The camp is FREE to all those who wish to attend and will begin on Friday, June 23rd, and conclude on Sunday afternoon with the All-Star Game.

Callahan Johnson was acquired by the Springfield Jr. Blues signing a tender in the Spring of 2017. He comes to Springfield with a high level of experience, appearing in 8 games for the Cedar Rapids Roughriders of the United States Hockey League. Prior to his time in the USHL, Johnson averaged over a point-per-game for Tilton School in New Hampshire, leading the team with 23 goals and 39 points in 35 games played.
