Davies Resigns with Chicago Wolves

SPRINGFIELD, IL – The Jr. Blues are proud to announce that former Springfield Jr. Blues player Michael Davies has signed a contract extension with the Chicago Wolves of the American Hockey League.

Davies, who hails from Chesterfield, MO, played for the Jr. Blues during the 2004-2005 season. During that season, Davies totaled 30 goals and 27 assists for 57 points and was named NAHL Rookie of the Year. After the Jr. Blues, Davies moved on to play four years at the University of Wisconsin in Madison, WI where he was named Third Team All-WCHA in 2010.

Davies has spent the past two seasons for the Wolves where he has posted over 40 points.
