Coulee Region Takes Game Two

Jan 10, 2016

The Jr. Blues fall to the Coulee Region Chill in their second game of the weekend by the score of 1-0.

Neither team was able to score early on as both were held scoreless in the first period. The lone goal of the game came in the second period when Coulee Region scored at the 13:34 mark to take the 1-0 lead. That was the only goal they needed, as the Jr. Blues weren’t able to score.

Tommy Nappier saved 46 of the 47 shots he saw in loss.

The Jr. Blues are heading to Alaska for a weekend set against the Kenai River Brown Bears and a weekend set against the Fairbanks Ice Dogs. They will be back at home for games against the Coulee Region Chill on Jan. 29th and 30th.
